2694624 Primary Facility 2018-02-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at Seneca Resources Rich Valley Pad E and Compressor Station on February 9, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, PPC plan, emergency response plan, drilling permits, and weekly inspection logs were onsite for review. The site and surrounding areas were covered in snow. No E & S issues were observed during the time of my inspection.

There are (2) producing wells located on this pad (023-20146 and 023-20156). Both well-heads are tagged with API/Permit number. Well 023-20145 is plugged and represented by a tagged monument. There are (2) GPU's stationed on the pad and (3) 400 bbl. vertical, steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular secondary containment. Water within this containment was frozen. In addition, a dehydration unit and compressor unit are both stationed onsite.

No violations noted during the inspection.

2695080 Primary Facility 2018-02-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well appeared to be in production. Valves on the production flow line leading away from this well were open. The wellhead assembly, all fittings and flow lines were tested for gas. Results of this testing was that no gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2742989 Primary Facility 2018-06-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was temporarily shut-in.
