| 2654126 | Primary Facility | 2017-10-26 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection of Seneca Resource's Rich Valley Vertical Well covered under well permit 023-20144 on October 26, 2017. No one was onsite during my inspection. Seneca has submitted a well site restoration report for this well. There was only one vertical well drilled on this pad. The well has been plugged and is identified with a well monument. The monument is tagged and labeled (see photo 2). The site has been completely restored and graded back to approximate original contour (see photos 1 & 3). The restored site is well vegetated with clover and other mixed grasses. No Notice of Termination (NOT) has been approved for the ESCGP (ESC11-023-0006) covering this pad and access road.
As if this inspection I approve the well site restoration report for well 023-20144. I recommend submitting a NOT form to terminate the expired ESCGP. Please note the operator is required to conducted weekly E&S inspections for the ESCGP even if its expired until a NOT is approved. |
