WRAC was submitted to PADEP and approved on 1/12/04. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe to 4¿ to 2¿ production pipe with shut off valves. Production equipment consisted of separator (25 psi), dual data logger (10/0 psi) and 25 bbl brine tank (with 10 bbl fluid). At the time of inspection, no IW and E&S issues at the site. No signs of gas leakage around well head.
1920773 Primary Facility 2010-10-19 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Well sign present at entrance way. According to records, well permit for noncoal was granted on 6/8/93. Well was drilled on 7/24/93 and WELLR submitted on 1/27/95. Well head consisted of 8¿ x 4¿ 2¿ with 3 shut off valves. Production equipment consisted of data logger (300/200 psi), separator (100 psi), and 100 bbl brine tank (< 20 bbl fluid). Brink tank has been repaired with new base at the bottom of tank. Area of concern has been cleaned with no discharge from tank or discharge port. At the time of inspection, no IW or E&S issues.

A new well valve was installed on the well. Currently, Whip stock Well Service was removing burnt production equipment and dewatering well.
