Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. Corrosion was only superficial rust. A vent for the annulus was open. The well was labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the access road entrance. The chart was last changed on 11/29/2017. A gauge was reading 1500 psi along the production line before the valve that was closed. There were also 2 fiberglass tanks at the site with 2 separators hooked in to them.
