2755974 Primary Facility 2018-07-18 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well appears to be producing. All the valves were open for production. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills. Well was painted so there was no evident corrosion. Well was hooked up to a heater and corrector and drip. There was also a separator, but the valves to it were closed. A 50 bbl poly tank was also located onsite which the valves were closed to it as well. There was a label attached to the well. Access to well is through a locked gate and about 100 yards through a field. There was 2" tubing within 4 1/2" casing . Well record says that there is also 7" and 9 5/8" casing in the well. Also fresh water was noted at 483', brine at 895', and gas at 3129'. Production was reported in 2017 as 549 mcf for 334 days.
