2661493 Primary Facility 2017-11-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, unable to determine if well has produced within the year. A small pump jack is hooked up to electric, but the head is down and not able to see a sheen on the rods. There is a line running from the well which is open. I did not see a label on the well and production has not been reported to the Department since 1993.
2763542 Primary Facility 2018-08-09 Routine/Partial Inspection Violation(s) Noted At the time of inspection, well does not appear to have produced within the past year. The well was inspected in 2017 and the inspection stated that I was unable to determine if it had produced. During todays inspection, it was noticed that the pump jack was in the exact position it was a year ago. Area is also grown over with weeds. Compared to other wells in the area by same operator, this well is not being used.

The well was equipped with 2" tubing inside of 4" casing. Electricity was hooked up to the well, but not sure if it is active. It did not appear as though the well was hooked up to produce gas so the well appears to be abandoned. Production has not been reported since 1993.
