Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2669525 Primary Facility 2017-11-30 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well is capable of production. It is hooked up to a pump jack, which is powered by electricity. There is a sheen on the rods. The belts and motor are both in good condition. Well integrity was in good condition. There was a good bit of oil on the ground, which was being treated with sawdust. This should be cleaned up. Corrosion is superficial. Fluids are piped to 3 tanks within an earthen dike. 2 are 100 bbl steel and the other is 50 bbl plastic. Fluid can be seen in the plastic tank. There is an old, wooden tank by well. Production report last sent in 2005 and said the well was plugged. This may have been mistaken for another well close by.
