Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2747498 Primary Facility 2018-06-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well appeared that it has been producing. Well integrity seems to be intact, with no signs of any leaks or spills. The well is rusted up, but not an issue yet. The well was properly labeled. Fluids get pumped to a tank which has a vent on it. There was also a vent closer to the well which was venting gas. It appeared that this has been flared prior and may have just blown out. The pump jack was in the down position, but some oil was seen covering the wellhead. The belt looked heavily corroded so it is unsure it has been pumped recently. The landowner may be getting house gas however. It appears to be 4 7/8" inside of 6 1/4" casing. Production should be reported to the Department to ensure that the well is being produced, otherwise, it could be considered abandoned and need to be plugged.
