Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
213713 Primary Facility 1991-06-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2629566 Primary Facility 2017-08-22 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. There is a pump jack hooked up to electricity. The rods have a slight sheen. Integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills from the well. Well is hooked up to a long drip. A gauge was reading 8 psi. There was also a pressure relief valve that was venting a small amount of gas. It appears as though the gas is going to a building. There was also a steel tank within an earthen dike. I did not see a label on the well. Production was last reported in 2002. Please use the DEP's Greenport website to do this.
