(a.1) Preoperation inspections.--The operator may not commence drilling activities until the department has conducted an inspection of the unconventional well site after the installation of erosion and sediment control measures. The department may conduct follow-up inspections of well sites and related activities to determine compliance with this chapter. All E&Scontrols in place. Site built to plan design. No violations noted. The pre-operational inspection is approved as of 6/5/2018.

2743923 Primary Facility 2018-06-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Warm/sunny at time of inspection.

At time of inspection crews were drilling and setting conductor.

2770315 Primary Facility 2018-09-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 73° and cloudy at time of inspection. Met with Chief representative Jeremy Watson on location. Rig was in the process of drilling the 8 3/4" hole for the production casing. They estimate a TD of 16,550'. They were anticipating cementing the casing on Wednesday 9/5/18. Reviewed the cement job log for the intermediate casing and no discrepancies were noted. Performed a walk around inspection of location and no violations were noted at time of inspection.
