Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2140831 Primary Facility 2013-02-20 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2562802 Primary Facility 2017-02-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Met with Joe Troupe on site. From a puddle on the pad, I got a .165 mS/cm reading with an Oakton PCSTestr 35; he got a reading of .166 mS/cm with his Hanna meter.
2701512 Primary Facility 2018-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection to assess overall site conditions. Piles of filter sock casing and stakes have been deposited in several piles along the west boundary of the site and should be removed. No violations cited.
2733353 Primary Facility 2018-05-21 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted I took electrical conductivity readings with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. Secondary containment was leaking 3.4 mS/cm liquid onto the pad surface (photo 1). I taped the liner to stop the leak, then called Nathan Wells (EOG Environmental) who said he would send the containment repair crew. Liquid was still ~6" deep inside the secondary containment, which is where I collected sample 0935-387. An undetermined amount of the regulated substance leaked onto the pad surface. Please refer to 78a66 regarding remediating releases. Violations cited to the 015-22380 drilling permit. JLP
2739116 Primary Facility 2018-06-07 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted I took electrical conductivity readings from standing liquid on site with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. Water in the east side ditch returned a 0.34 mS/cm reading. I did not see any standing liquid on the pad surface. Violations cited to the 015-22380 drilling permit for a May 21, 2018 inspection remain outstanding. JLP
2775106 Primary Facility 2018-07-26 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Violations from my May 21, 2018 inspection (2732703) shall be closed. EOG excavated an area approximately 10'x10' 4-6" deep (photo 1) to remediate the spill of flowback. Electrical conductivity of puddles in the excavated area is 0.31 mS/cm today with an Oakton PCSTestr 35. JLP
2844102 Primary Facility 2019-02-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I took electrical conductivity readings from pooled water on site. A puddle near the production tanks returned 0.33 mS/cm.

Air temp 28 F, partly sunny. JLP
