Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1965596 Primary Facility 2011-04-14 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted Well Drilled. Novisible bubbling. No well tag. 5 wells on location.
2041118 Primary Facility 2012-01-27 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Responding to a call from Ralph Larsen, Chief Rep. While making connections to get the well on line producing(the well was shut in while they were working),they noticed some pressure on the 9 5/8" x 13 3/8" annulus. The welded plate had a pin hole at weld and was hissing. The annulus is now vented - open. Weld will be repaired, then I will investigate further.

2854548 Primary Facility 2019-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted ALLEN WEL PAD. Chief representative Pat Adams "Well Tender" was leaving the site upon arrival and Randy Ferris "Optimization Specialist" arrived on the pad as the inspection was underway. Randy indicated the the Compressor unit had engine oil loss from the supply barrel within the shelter. The unit was staged on secondary containment at the time. The unit has been pressure washed and diminishing residual oil is collected on the secondary containment. Inspection of the perimeter near the compressor fan area and diversion ditch did not reveal any leaks from secondary containment. The site sign, drilling permits, weekly E&S reports, and emergency response plan were onsite for review. The E&S inspection log was reviewed; the last routine inspection was conducted on 03/04/19. PSCMs have been installed and are functioning as designed. No erosion issues were observed. The site is stab
