2789269 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Weather was 52° and sunny at time of inspection. There were no chief representatives on location at time of inspection. Well had digital pressure monitoring equipment on the production tubing and the production casing. Well had a 0-3k psi gauge on the production tubing attached above the swab valve that read 2000 psi. There was a 0-5k psi analog pressure gauge attached to the production casing via a wing valve that also read 2000 psi at time of inspection. The well emergency shut in device(ESD) appeared to be actuated at time of inspection. Spoke with Jon Hafer over the phone and it was determined that the ESD was not triggered in an emergency situation. This was just how the well was closed in due to poor production. There was a 0-5k psi gauge attached to the pay line past the ESD that read 0 psi at time of inspection. There was one annulus vent plumbed to surface that was run into a poly vent tank. The poly vent tank had a small amount of water in the bottom of it however 0% Combustible gas was detected at |
2840313 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-13 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. Site was snow-covered at the time of inspection. One well is staged for production and has a well tag. One GPU is present within containment and is in good condition. A cap is coming off of the back of the GPU (see photo #3). One steel produced water tank is present and in good condition. The secondary containment around the produced water tank is steel with plastic lining and it is in good condition. No ESCGP was ever issued for this site. The pad size has been reduced.
