The produced water tanks are severely corroded and at least one is no longer in service. It is not clear if the tank with some fluid in it is out of service, but there were several holes from corrosion observed. This tank should be emptied and removed from service. Chief is requested to provide an update on the status of tank removal from this and any other site with out of service tanks present. Further Chief is reminded that deficiencies noted during monthly tank inspections must be reported to the Department. |
