2764185 Primary Facility 2018-08-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I arrived onsite with Brock Zeisloft to examine the area of the encapsulated cuttings pit shown on the newly received ESCGP submission for construction of a new well pad. The location shown on the submission was well vegetated and showed no signs of a failed or leaking pit. The entire area surrounding the well pad was also well vegetated, and soil conductivity in all areas was less than .30 mS/cm. The production tank containment for the single tank on the site was filled to within 6-12" of the top of the wall with accumulated rainwater, and the wall of the containment was not level, varying by as much as 12" in different locations. I recommend that Rockdale remove all water from the containment and level up the wall. A 275 gallon chemical tote marked "Non-hazardous waste was present on the site in its own containment, and had 1-2" of fluid in the bottom. This containment was also in danger of overtopping. I recommend that Rockdale vac this containment and remove the tote from the site, as it is likel
2852546 Primary Facility 2019-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. The beginning of the new access road has been constructed and rocked. Cattle bars have been installed at the beginning of the access road. Compost filter sock (CFS) has been installed in various locations. Wetlands and the presumed location of the buried drill cuttings pit have been fenced with construction fence. No activity was taking place at the time of this inspection. The E&S log and E&S plans were not present on site at the time of inspection. The Department recommends keeping these on site.

No E&S issues noted. No violations noted.
