2767888 Primary Facility 2018-08-27 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged unconventional well was conducted August 27, 2018. The well has a 2" candy cane vent pipe with marker plate installed on 7 5/8" surface casing a plugged well monument. At the time of inspection, there was no visible venting observed at the vent. No gas was detected 1-2" away from the vent, a trace of gas was detected at the mouth of the vent, and 76% methane was detected up inside the vent with an Altair 5x gas meter. No significant amount of pressure could be felt at the vent. No gas was detected at ground level outside the surface casing.
2796341 Primary Facility 2018-10-30 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged well was conducted October 30, 2018. The operator has submitted an NOI to re-plug this well; operations scheduled for this week. At the time of inspection, a well cellar has been built and there is a 2" vent pipe installed on well casing. No visible venting was observed. The annulus was full of material and the cellar was full of water. No discharges or bubbling was observed.
2799253 Primary Facility 2018-11-05 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine (plugging) inspection of this vertical, unconventional well was conducted November 5, 2018. The operator has moved forward with re-plugging the well at this time. A workover rig is on location, in the hole with bit drilling out cement plug in 9 5/8" casing at an approximate current depth of 895'. I met with the companyman and discussed operations and the procedure. No obvious major issues were observed or reported.
2801090 Primary Facility 2018-11-08 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A workover rig is on location to replug. First plug has been drilled out and the rig ran to 2000' and cleaned up the hole with FW for camera run. At the time of inspection, a downhole camera is on location to diagnose source of previously observed gas bubbles. The camera operator ran down to shoe depth; no bubbles. Ran down to 1400'; still no bubbles. Came back out of hole and monitored shoe for bubbles; none were observed. No bubbles were observed above the shoe inside casing on the way out of the hole. No obvious issues were observed and the well operator is moving forward with re-spotting cement plugs.
2804306 Primary Facility 2018-11-14 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine post-plugging inspection of this replugged well was conducted November 14, 2018. The rig is off location following final plug and abandonment. The cellar was full of water; no bubbling was observed. An approximately 15' high candy cane vent pipe with marker plate has been installed on 7 5/8" casing as a plugged well monument. No obvious issues were observed.
2815850 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted December 17, 2018: Certificate of Well Plugging for the (re-plugged) Oslyn 2V (permit # 015-20075) has been received, reviewed, signed, and sent to file.
2824147 Primary Facility 2019-01-02 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine, post-plugging, follow-up inspection of this recently re-plugged well was conducted January 2, 2019. The vent pipe monument has been removed and the plugged well has now been cut and buried below grade. No obvious issues were observed at this time.
