Production casing was cemented on 3/8 starting with a 150 bbl spacer at 17.3 ppg. The lead cement was 715 sxs Class H (173 bbls), 17.5 ppg, 1.35 yield and tail was 2556 sxs Class H (640 bbls), 17.5 ppg, 1.35 yield. The only difference is the lead and tail was the percentage of retarder used. The plug was bumped at 5400 psi and pressured up to 6080 psi and held for 5 minutes. Floats held and 8 bbls bled back. Top of cement was calculated to be at 5149'. Co. Man stated that the job went very well. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 475 centralizers. |
