Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2778810 Primary Facility 2018-09-24 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well was spudded to 42' and had 42' of 40" pipe installed and cemented back to surface inside an 8'x10' cellar. All equipment on site looked ok.

On this return date, this well had been drilled to 65' and the Rig ran 65' of 30" pipe in the hole and cemented it back to surface. The well cellar is covered with a steel plate waiting for the next Rig. All well log information and equipment on site looks ok.

2782384 Primary Facility 2018-10-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well was spudded to 42' and had 42' of 40" pipe installed and cemented back to surface inside an 8'x10' cellar. All equipment on site looked ok.

On this return date, the top hole rig was on site drilling at 1605' at the time of this inspection. All well log information and equipment on site looks ok.

2821632 Primary Facility 2019-01-03 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The top hole portion of this well has been drilled and the well casing is capped off waiting on the finishing rig to arrive. The well head casing and all equipment on site looks ok.
2828594 Primary Facility 2019-01-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 579 was onsite drilling the 2nd intermediate section of the wellbore. This was being done on air. When arriving onsite, the rig was being serviced. The BOP was tested on 1/11 and the casing for the intermediate was on the pipe racks. Plan is to drill to a KOP of 9800' and land at 10,605'. This will be a Utica well.
2831961 Primary Facility 2019-01-23 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 579 was drilling 8 1/2" pilot hole. Once the pilot hole is drilled, a core will be taken. The 2nd intermediate casing was set using a float shoe and float collar. It was cemented using a lead of 800 sxs 65:35 Poz (157 bbls), 15.2 ppg, 1.1 yield and tail of 730 sxs Class H, 15.6 ppg, 1.18 yield (153 bbls). This was displaced with 715 bbls water. The plug was bumped and floats held. Top of cement was calculated at 4163'.
2836782 Primary Facility 2019-02-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 579 was preparing to go back on bottom to drill production section of wellbore. The pilot hole was drilled to 12317'. Cores were taken and this section was plugged back to 10485'. 655 sxs of Class H were used to do this.

Chemicals were all on containment and brine and fuel were within double containment.

2847448 Primary Facility 2019-03-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 579 just got back on bottom and started drilling. Since last inspection, a kick was taken while drilling the lateral section of the well at 20,555'. SICP was 1530 psi on 2/14 and stable. The BOP was tested again to 10000 psi and held.

Current depth was 20656' and drilling just resumed. A flare appeared after getting close to bottom. Mud weight is now at 16.7 ppg. The 5 1/2" casing was on the pipe racks.

2853388 Primary Facility 2019-03-12 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Patterson 579 has skid to the B 2H well. Production casing was cemented on 3/8 starting with a 150 bbl spacer at 17.3 ppg. The lead cement was 715 sxs Class H (173 bbls), 17.5 ppg, 1.35 yield and tail was 2556 sxs Class H (640 bbls), 17.5 ppg, 1.35 yield. The only difference is the lead and tail was the percentage of retarder used. The plug was bumped at 5400 psi and pressured up to 6080 psi and held for 5 minutes. Floats held and 8 bbls bled back. Top of cement was calculated to be at 5149'. Co. Man stated that the job went very well. A float shoe and float collar were used along with 475 centralizers.
