2216862 Primary Facility 2013-10-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection performed as part of the OG-57 waiver review process. The E&S plan as compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion and sedimentation provided it is implemented and maintained properly. It was noted in the E&S plan that the area for the drill pit will be evaluated to insure the bottom of the drill pit is at least 20 inches above the seasonal high groundwater table. When this evaluation is performed the Department requests that the operator forward a copy of this report for inclusion with the approved E&S plan. In addition should the evaluation show that the encapsulation of the drill cuttings and/or the utilization of a below grade drill pit is not feasbile the operator should forward this documentation and a revised E&S plan as a result of this evaluation.
