Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2146215 Primary Facility 2013-02-27 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At well site discussed with operator's representative required E&S controls, safeguards and permitting issues. Well will be located adjacent to a possible wetland of less than one acre. The possible wetland would be located generally up slope from the planned well-pad which would have silt socks alonfg its perimeter. Run-off from the pad should not be an issue. The Department suggests a fence or barrier be erected along the area of concern to preclude inadvertent encroachment into the area during site construction.
2251519 Primary Facility 2014-03-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pre-operational Inspection. Site construction was predominatly completed, drilling had not commenced. E&S controls for the site and access road had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
2259038 Primary Facility 2014-04-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Waiting on frac. Pit lined and freeboard maintained.
2265909 Primary Facility 2014-04-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed, well was not equipped for production.
