Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2089679 Primary Facility 2012-08-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pre-operation inspection as requested by the Operator. At the time of inspection the erosion and sedimentation control plan was onsite and properly implemented and maintained. No observation of accelerated erosion and sedimentation in relation to the access road or well pad area. All BMP's appear to be in sound condition and installed properly. The drill pit located onsite appeared to be in sound condition and had the required 2' of freeboard. The Department also suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure erosion and sedimentation is kept at a minimum.
