The operator should continue to monitor and maintain the site and access road erosion controls until well development activities are completed.

Brine tanks and production equipment are in good condition; no leakage of fluids is evident. Well site is collocated with a junk yard and a transfer station for lime and other construction materials in an area devoid of vegetation. Adjacent to this site is an un-reclaimed strip mine. The area around the well site has been restored to its original condition and is permanently stabilized. No erosion issues are evident.
