The well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks. There was only some minor rust observed. The well was being injected with a foamer combo. The gauges on the well were reading 281 psi on the tubing and 408 psi on the production casing. There were 2 tanks within a lined, steel dike. There were also 2 dual line heaters being used. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the site access entrance.
2837793 Primary Facility 2019-02-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/8/19 at 1203 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Exco Resources PA, LLC's Tickle Farm Pad 1H well (API 005-30896) in Rayburn Twp., Armstrong Co. It is one of four permitted wells that are drilled and equipped for production. A well tag is affixed to the well head. The permit number is posted at the entrance to the pad. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
