E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. All E&S controls had been functioing properly and there was no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Drill pit located onsite and it contained fluids and drill cuttings. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard.

The well apparatus and brine tank located onsite appear to be in sound condition. The Department also notes that the site is restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria.
