In addition the runoff should not be directed towards the cultivated corn field. The access road is shared with an existing farm road and has minimal erosion controls. The drill pit also required subbase material as outlined in the 78.56(a)4ii. The pit should be addressed prior to installing the liner. Spoke with Wilmoth Interests on 07/07/11 regarding these two minor issues and was informed that the pit will be lined with road fabric and that the interceptor ditch will be addressed. |
