Production fluid tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, seeded, mulched and the vegetation had begun to take hold. The operator should continue to monitor the site and E&S controls to insure accelerated erosion or sedimentation is minimized until the vegetation attains 70% uniform coverage. Access road erosion controls were implemented properly and no accelerated erosion or sedeimentation was observed.
2069976 Primary Facility 2012-05-22 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appears to be drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus and brine tank located onsite appear to be sound working condition. The site had been restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria.
