2017986 Primary Facility 2011-11-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site construction had been completed, drilling had not commenced at the time of the inspection. All E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. It was noted that the silt fencing installed would result in the concentration of runoff flow to the lowest spot along the fence near township road 629. This area should be monitored closely to insure that the silt fencing functions properly during well development activities.
2125612 Primary Facility 2012-12-26 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 11/22/11. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been properly restored and there were no erosion issues observed in relation to the site or access road.
2748898 Primary Facility 2018-07-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The annulus is shut. The well head casing, piping, equipment and 50 bbl fiberglass fluid collection tank look ok.
