Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Noted an area along the silt fencing where sediment had been deposited. The Department recommends that the operator pull some of the sediment back onto the well pad to insure the continued functionality of the silt fence. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site. |
