1919383 Primary Facility 2010-10-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was not ongoing at the time of the inspection due to mechanical problems with the drill rig. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Noted an area along the silt fencing where sediment had been deposited. The Department recommends that the operator pull some of the sediment back onto the well pad to insure the continued functionality of the silt fence. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site.
1964058 Primary Facility 2011-04-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had not as of yet been restored. The Department recommends that the operator undertake site restorations activities as soon as possible to take advantage of the current growing season.
