Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1898260 Primary Facility 2010-07-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Met onsite with operator representative Tom Baun. Access road will be relatively flat and require minimal erosion controls outside of clean durable rock to minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation. A very small cut will be required to construct the site and therefore silt fencing will be effective to minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation. During site construction the Department recommends that the operator monitor the cut slope to insure that no evidence is observed which would preclude the disposal of drill cuttings via land farming as outlined in 78.63 and also the excavation of the below grade drill pit.
1918578 Primary Facility 2010-10-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Above grade frac pit located onsite and it was noted as empty. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site.
1945362 Primary Facility 2011-01-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Well was not plumbed for production. Toy Pipeline crew was onsite and they were prepping to begin the neccesary pipeline work. Below grade pit had been regraded. Site erosion controls appeared to be intact and would function properly through the winter and spring until final site reclamation activities can be completed.
1981757 Primary Facility 2011-06-20 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 09/29/10. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
2108281 Primary Facility 2012-10-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed well appeared to be equipped for production.
