Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1895708 Primary Facility 2010-07-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well-site constructed, drill rig onsite, however drilling was not ongoing. E&S plan had been implemented as outlined. E&S controls should effectively minimize accelerated erosion provided they are maintained properly. Minimal erosion controls required for the access road due to the flat nature of the land traversed by the road. Below grade pit located onsite with a berm dividing the pit into two sections. One section contained fluids and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard.
1952341 Primary Facility 2011-02-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well equipped for production, brine tank onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded and vegetation was noted underneath the snow cover. Observed no erosion issues with the site or access road. Operator should evaluate the vegetative cover during the spring of 2011 in case additional measures are required to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
2462803 Primary Facility 2016-03-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well tagged-in production. Annulus is open. Well head casing-equipment and 100 bbl tank look ok.
