Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1818150 Primary Facility 2009-08-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Well had not been equipped for production. Below grade pit located onsite was seperated into two sections, one for drill cuttings and one to hold water. The pit had more than the two feet of required freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation with respect to the access road or well-site. The operator should continue to monitor the site & access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until all well development and final restoration activities are completed.
