1819321 Primary Facility 2009-08-11 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted Drill rig located onsite, drilling not ongoing at the time of the inspection. Noted that the filter fabric fence had been compromised by a fallen tree and at the other end of the fencing sediment had gathered behind the fence. The fencing should be repaired and the collected sediment should be removed so as to insure the fencing continues to funmction properly. In addition the below grade pit had not been constructed properly. Specifically the pit had protrusions jutting out into the pit liner. These protrusions pose a significant risk for liner failure.

1978314 Primary Facility 2011-06-03 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed in Spetember 2009. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
