Below grade pit had been encapsulated and the above grade frac pit had been constructed. The above grade pit had more than the two feet of required lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. The operator should continue to monitor the site & access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final restoration mactivities are completed and the vegetative cover meets the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
