Below grade pit located onsite and the it had more than the two feet of required lined freeboard. Erosion control measures (i.e. rocked pad & access road and filter fabric fence) had been implemented properly. The operator should continue to monitor the site for accelerated erosion & sedimentation until final restoration activities are completed.
2577646 Primary Facility 2017-03-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. It was noted the well was located in a residential yard.
