The operator should evaluate all access road and site erosion controls to insure they will continue to function properly. No accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed in relation to the access road or well-site at the time of the inspection.
1887637 Primary Facility 2010-05-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Well was not equipped for production. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Site had not as of yet been regraded. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The operator should endeavor to regrade the site as soon as any well stimulation activities are completed
1958942 Primary Facility 2011-03-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 04/16/10. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been regraded, however the vegetative cover did not meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria. The Department recommends that the operator reseed and mulch the areas which lack vegetation. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
