Found an above grade pit located adjacnet to the well-head. Found no fluids contained within the above-grade pit. Noted no accelerated erosion & sedimentation related to the access road or well-site. The operator should continue to monitor the site and access road for accelerated erosion & sedimentation through well development and final restoration activities.
2577652 Primary Facility 2017-03-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. It was noted the well was located amidst a cultivated crop field.
