1747510 | Primary Facility | 2008-10-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well site was not constructed. Noted the following deficiencies in the submitted E&S plan: 1) The filter fabric fence below the site should be reinforced with hay bales due to the proximity of the site to the unamed tributary to the North Fork of Pine Creek. 2) The operator should show what the inlet and outlet protection will be implemented at the culverts associated with the access road. In addition the Department recommends that the operator line the roadside ditch with rock, or somem other non-erodable BMP to insure the stabilization of the roadside draniage ditch. Finally the Department recommends that the operator pile the brush to the side of the site to increase the distance from the disturbed area and the unamed tributary. |
