1838606 Primary Facility 2009-10-28 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 07/15/08. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria.

2686972 Primary Facility 2018-01-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The 5" well head casing is showing some moderate corrosion where it comes out of the Lowry well head bowl and I placed a call to the operator to request that this corrosion be addressed in order to maintain the mechanical integrity of the well. The rest of the well piping, production equipment, grounded 100 bbl fiberglass tank and containment dike looked ok. I did also ask the operator to place a new plug in the dike drain outside of the dike.
2689410 Primary Facility 2018-02-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, well is drilled and appears equipped for production.
