Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1805130 Primary Facility 2009-06-04 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Well did not appear to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Well-site had not been reclaimed at the time of the inspection and no accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed on the well-site. Observed inadequate erosion control measures implemented in relation to the access road. Specfically there were no BMP's implemented at either the inlets or outlets of the culverts to minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation. In addition there were culvert outlets observed to stretch out away from the disturbed area and outlet any runoff approximately 3 feet from the ground, this is not the proper way for a culvert to be implented as an erosion control BMP
1890624 Primary Facility 2010-06-10 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 04/30/09. Well was equipped for production and brine tank located onsite. Brine tank appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover on the site met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Noted that the several areas of the access road were showing erosion. These areas and the access road erosion controls (ditches & culverts) should be evaluated and maintained as neccesary.
