1694139 Primary Facility 2008-03-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
1815232 Primary Facility 2009-07-24 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 03/05/08. Well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Minor erosion was noted on the upslope side of the access road. The Department recommends that the operator address this small area before it develops into a larger erosion problem. The vegetative cover on the upslope side of the side appeared to mee the 70% uniform coverage criteria, and the rock and vegetation below the well-pad was resiting accelerated erosion & sedimentation.
