NOTE: The well signage sticker with the required API number is crumbling and will need replaced. NOTE: The 2" flange bolted to the tank from the separator is beginning to seep and will need repaired/tightened. NOTE: The two inch blow line from the separator which is plumbed vertically up the side of the tank and into the tank is badly corroded and pitted and will need replaced. NOTE: Housekeeping around this well is unacceptable and the old rotted blow line and various other pieces of debris will need to be removed. See attached photos. |
