2841086 Primary Facility 2019-02-12 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was equipped for production. Valve was pinched open. Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks. The well had a lot of rust. There was a long drip hooked up to the well. There was not a label on the well. Production has not been reported since 2015. Please do this via the DEP's Greenport website.
