NOTE : The production casing is moderately corroded on the well head and is in need of some attention in order to maintain the mechanical integrity of the well and avoid potential leaking of gas if allowed to corrode further. (see attached photo).

The rest of the well piping, equipment, compressors (2) and the small plastic fluid collection tank look ok.

2832007 Primary Facility 2019-01-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An NOI was received for this well to be plugged. The previous inspector noted the split casing which hadn't been repaired. The well was unhooked from production. There was also a compressor at the site which was not running. A chart was changed on 1/22, but was not operating. The well was properly labeled. There were no leaks coming from the well. Please contact me when plugging is to begin.
