---|---|---|---|---|---|
2039945 | Primary Facility | 2012-01-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well located Beside Allegheny river in Hooks Station. No gas detected , erosion to the river bank may pose a problem in the near future. |
2133361 | Primary Facility | 2013-01-28 | Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) | No Violations Noted | Well has 3.5 " pipe inside 7" casing. Ran tools in hole and found cement inside 3.5" at 603'. Ran a bond log from surface to 603' and determined 3.5" was cemented on the backside to surface. It appears that this well was at some point plugged however no plugging certificate is on file. Since no gas or environmental impact was evident I made the decision to add 3' of pea gravel on top of cement inside the 3.5". We then ran 1.5 " pipe from 600’ to 72" above surface to act as a vent and monitoring source. |
