Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2686810 Primary Facility 2018-01-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is tagged and in production. The well head casing and piping look ok. The 50 bbl fiberglass tank has been disconnected from the well and taken out of service and will need to be removed in accordance with the oil & gas act as it is equipment which is no longer in use for the production of the well. I contacted the operator by phone to request that the well API number tag be replaced as the old one is hard to read.
