2679922 Primary Facility 2018-01-09 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted The plugging Rig operator is presently cleaning the hole with a bailer at 1,275' and attempting to get down to an acceptable attainable TD. All paperwork and equipment on site looked ok.
2687678 Primary Facility 2018-01-29 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted The plugging Rig has been 48 days now attempting to gain footage and clean this well out to an acceptable attainable TD in order to plug the well solid with cement to surface. The Rig was drilling out collapsed hole material and getting ready to run the bailer at 1349' at the time of this inspection. The lowest producing sand in this well was the fourth sand which runs from 1518' to 1550' with the gas flow recorded at 1520'. The operator will attempt to clean out to this depth in order to plug to surface.

I will maintain close contact with the operator as an acceptable attainable TD is very close at this point.

All of the 4" casing was successfully retrieved and the operator was getting ready to set the monument pipe at the time of this inspection. All equipment on site looked ok.
