2730978 Primary Facility 2018-05-17 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted This well was TD'd at 2260'. The 3 1/2" production casing had pulled apart at 939' and the operator had some 4 1/2" pipe and an overshot coming to run in the hole and attempt to pull the rest of the 3". At the time of this inspection there was still 370' of old 3" production casing left in the hole and they were still working on a plan to attempt to retrieve the rest of this pipe if possible. All equipment on site looked ok.

The 3 1/2" production casing had pulled apart at 939' and the operator had some 4 1/2" pipe and an overshot coming to run in the hole and attempt to pull the rest of the 3". At the time of this inspection the tools were down to 1509' and lost in the hole with two joints of pipe attached to them and sitting at 1470'. The crew was unsuccessful at attempting to recover the pipe and tools tools after repeated attempts and the plan was to trip the 1 1/2" pipe out, remove the tools and run back in and cement from 1470' to 757'. All equipment on site looked ok.

The 3 1/2" production casing had pulled apart at 939' and the operator had some 4 1/2" pipe and an overshot coming to run in the hole and attempt to pull the rest of the 3". At the time of this inspection the tools were down to 1509' and lost in the hole with two joints of pipe attached to them and sitting at 1470'. The crew was unsuccessful at attempting to recover the pipe and tools tools after repeated attempts and the plan was to trip the 1 1/2" pipe out, remove the tools and run back in and cement from 1470' to 757'.

On this date the crew perfed two holes each at 1300', 1200', 1100', 1050', and 1000'. The top of the 3" was at 959' and the crew was running 1 1/2" pipe back in the hole to 1470' preparing to cement the next morning. All equipment on site looked ok.
