1975246 Primary Facility 2011-03-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On March 18th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling has not yet started. The site was recently constructed. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place. The silt fence was installed incorrectly. No rainfall has occurred since the installation. The operator was contacted, corrections are to be made. Pit was constructed. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
1975250 Primary Facility 2011-04-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On April 5th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling was underway. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place. Hay bales had been added to the E&S controls. Pit appeared to be in good condition. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
