A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. Pit was constructed. The culverts outlets needed riprapped and some corrections were needed to the silt fence installation. The operator was contacted. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
