The access road had been recently rocked. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. The filter sock on the lower side of the pad needs maintenance. The operator was contacted. The pit appeared to be in good condition. No spills or leaks were observed at the time of inspection.

The access road was in ok condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. The pit appeared to be in good condition and displayed adequate freeboard. No spills or leaks were observed at the time of inspection.

The access road was in ok condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. Both pits were open and contained flowback materials. No spills or leaks were observed at the time of inspection. Sediment was beginning to pile against the filter sock in a few locations.

The access road was in ok condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. Pits were closed and the site was being put back. No spills or leaks were observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is completely restored and 70% uniform vegetation is achieved.
