The access road was in good condition. An E&S plan was posted on-site. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of the inspection. The operator was contacted for necessary repairs that were needed on the silt fence and to make some additions to the site ID sign. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and uinform 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
